Mary Lou Teitzel

Mary Lou Teitzel began with night classes in oil painting, plein air, and drawing-life classes. A good friend then urged her to sign up for classes from a watercolorist who was teaching at Sequim High School and gave after hours classes. According to Mary Lou, "He was good, and I was hooked. Watercolors from then on-and occasionally pastels."

Mary Lou says, "I have always been "drawn" to art. Pun intended." As a member of the Blue Whole Gallery she has painted much more and loved every minute of it.
